Goo Deer 2.0 brings four-player online co-op to the horror gas station management game

The free update also adds a shoplifter, a rebuilt leaderboard and full translations into 24 new languages. Goo Deer is 34% off on Steam until November 14.

31 October 2026: VML Studios has released Goo Deer 2.0, a free update to its first-person horror management game on Steam. Up to four players can now run the gas station together online, sharing one store and one wallet, and head into the fog-bound forest as a crew.

Goo Deer is set in a foggy town addicted to one strange drink. Players stock the shelves, set prices, serve customers and work the register, then leave the station to hunt deer in a misty forest for the drink's ingredients, while something stalks the fog.

New in 2.0:
- Online co-op for up to four players, with Steam invites, a server browser, password-protected games, crew chat, and shared items and ammo
- Reviving fallen teammates, ten co-op achievements and a co-op leaderboard
- A shoplifter who comes in to steal, and a security guard you can hire to stop them
- Store tools: shelf labels, stock limits for the basement machines, and furniture that moves with its stock
- A rebuilt leaderboard with friends and co-op views
- Full translations into 24 new languages, for 25 in total
- A gentler start, automatic graphics settings, performance improvements and hundreds of fixes

Goo Deer is out now on Steam for Windows PC at $9.99, and is 34% off ($6.59) until November 14.
