Torsolo

Torsolo is a dark, single-player roguelike dungeon crawler set in a living abyss of flesh, bone, and rust. Start as a crawling torso and build a squad of stitched-together abominations—harvesting arms, legs, heads, and organs from enemies through careful surgery (clean, intact parts) or brutal rip-and-tear combat (fast, damaged parts).

Between free-roam exploration and shops, battles unfold turn-by-turn on a tactical hex grid, where every limb is a removable layer of protection—and every graft pushes you closer to power… or ruin.
